uh no. fast zombies don't ever have clothes on them, because the clothes most likely rot off the body.

The fast zombie is a rotten corpse that has been there for months days weeks no reason to put clothes on them plus it does not go to lore and why for fun creators dont do fast zombies with clothes because they dont go with lore of Half-life 2 raveholm
