OK .. a serious question and didn't want to ask on main page .. I use Reinforced Structure as a #1 load and Custom Items Stacks as #2 ......... Will this mod be friendly with them and should go into the #3 slot

It should be 100% stackable, so you should not have issues with any other mods.
