Left track doesn't move [RESOLVED]

I have tried everything, and it won't work. There is no error message, but it keeps persisting. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have had it where both my tracks don't move and then i just simply delete the tank and it works fine. Sorry i recomend reinstalling Gmod as a whole with the addons.

or you can just factory reset or you can verify game files

re-installing wont work at all it will just remove the all game files and download them all by same way so it will not change
