How to power reactor?

Ive figured out the rods but i cant figure out what to do next

Reactor needs water, there is a pipe being repaired on the seconda floor, the rest i leave to you

i dont also know how to power the reactor:/

You need to turn on the light, then insert the rods into the reactor, which are in the next room (faucet with water), then find a pipe and install it on the second floor (pipe on the strada)
