I really feel like it was more people just like option of gimmicky time stop variant rather than disliking what you'd done with it

I feel like spliting the broken one into a separate char and continuing to support this would be the way to go if you're willing. I'd personally love to have something thats not so just shut down opponents entirely as time stop while still not as basic as the no op dio variants that exist already

Well, you're in luck, I'm making two new characters! "OVA" OP Jotaro and Shadow the world dio, (Not the hftf shadow the world, different one.) they'll be combo heavy glass cannons, that are balanced from how little defense they'll have. I can't wait to release them!
