[UPDATE] v4.8 released
v 4.8

[HEXAGONS]
- Added H4 (Blue, Lavaridge Town, Leader Flannery)
- Added I4 (Red, Sunyshore City, Leader Volkner)

[ITEMS]
- Redesigned ALL Item Cards so they inform players when can they be used.

[EVENTS]
- There are "Continuous Events" now. These events stay active, affecting every player for the number of turns stated on the card.
- Added continuous event "National Park"
- Added continuous event "Prepare for Troube"

[LEADERS]
- Added Flannery (H4/Rustboro, Fire type, 10 Power, 3-4 Badge)
- Added Volkner (I4/Sunyshore, Electric type, 13 Power, 5-6 Badge)
