no. After finishing the agenda i got a screen where they told me, I'd not be able to use them cause
romulans aren't telepathic enough or smth. And then the only 2 options were refit the mimus project and just waiting. Ive played romulans multiple times and tried both options(when i had remans at full citizenship) and neither made anything. I then inly ever had the option in Situation log for reutillising the mimus project. thx for answer btw. (:
