Null Areas / Mouse cursor not moving on certain spots
If you have this problem, go to your save folder and delete "collision.dta" and "quadree.sta"

I was wondering about this, sometimes even smoothing doesn't seem to work, but what about using landscape mode?
Also, what did this issue appear to begin with?

It's caused by some error when saving the map during editing. Locate "collision.dta" and "quadree.sta" in your save folder and everything should be fixed.
