Damn this is old but let me help you out. Most of his voices are from old advertisments. Both english, and japanese ones. And his winning theme is a meme song someone did like 10 years ago. The video is called "ronald mcdonald insanity".Basicly, someone made the song "U.N.owen was her" from the game thouhou project and made it with sound effects from the old japanese mcdonald advertisment.
