Venice apparently has a ruler, named Francesco Foscarini, who actually lives forever. Can't be killed by console "kill" command. He's simply there eternally, just getting older and older. I didn't tried to see what happens with elections events.

- All Dubs mods
- Governments Expanded (with the respective compatch)

I'm playing with others but they shouldn't do anything to the governments or events so I dont think they have anything to do here.
