When Gremlin Leader is spared but minions survive, the fight continues until you get rid of the minions.
Pristine Soul should calculate how much it blocks for for you, like Smite and Gold Fever.

Gold Fever says it'll do nonzero damage when you're under the effect of Death Knell, even though it actually doesn't do any damage.
Patience doesn't give extra Piety when Enlightened.

Thank you for the reports! Will look into these asap :)

Byrds in Flight (who have block) do not take damage from Upheaval.

Play any card that adds block to enemies (in my case, I used Rebuild, then Shelter).
Play Upheaval

Instead of taking damage, "Blocked" displays and they take no damage.

This doesn't affect birds who have lost Flight, so I assume Flight prevents Upheaval from causing them damage.

I do think the starting relic might be bugged? I only had 1 X cost card in hand at the end of turn and it was discarded (It was Cornucopia+ that was upgraded by Apotheosis if that's somehow relevant)

Well it might have been me missing something as it doesn't happen often and the class doesn't have many X cost cards so it rarely comes up

This may be working as designed, but the gold from Embezzle doesn't appear to increase the damage of Auric Beam. I took Embezzle figuring those cards would synergize, but Auric Beam appears to ignore embezzled funds when calculating its damage.

For example, I have 66 gold, and 50 embezzled gold. I expected Auric Beam to do 11 damage, but it only did 6.

Auric Beam also subtracted gold from both my embezzled money, and my actual money. I figured it would "fund" itself with the embezzled funds. As it stands, Auric Beam appears to be anti-synergistic with Embezzle, getting no additional damage benefit while adding embezzled fund cost to the normal gold cost.

51 gold, 100 embezzled gold

Auric Beam tooltip shows 5 damage (ignoring the additional 10 damage I'd expect from embezzled funds)

Auric Beam deals 5 damage, subtracts 5 gold from both my money (51 -> 46) and embezzled funds (100 -> 95).

@Shine thanks for the bug report!

There is something funny going on with your embezzle there, even further than you think... Usually, when playing Embezzle you would get the buff (which means the money you have to pay back later) and an increase in your gold. However, it appears here that you've gained the buff but not the actual gold (it would be impossible for you to have less gold than embezzle otherwise).

I will look into it!

If you Piety away two Darklings, then kill the third with an attack, it will go dormant (question marks above its head) then it will respawn with half health. Not sure if it's really a bug, just an odd interaction. Thanks!

@Shine found the bug! Turns out Embezzle was interacting weirdly with Tithe cards when you had enough energy to pay them to begin with... It was causing the owed (embezzled) amount to go up! Should be fixed now.

When working correctly, Embezzle synergizes well with auric beam since you get the Embezzled amount added to your total gold when you first play it :). The buff just represents the amount you owe.
You can play Tithe cards even when choked by Velvet Choker.

Thanks! Fixed
Saving and quitting changes card rewards.

The fire effect from Fervor obscures your status effects and health bar / block. It should probably go under that stuff.

I got Eye for Coin from Nilry’s Codex. You shouldn’t be able to cheese Nilry’s for infinite money. Or dead Branch.
