Misc Effects?
Should there be a effect when wearing this misc if you look at a cloked spy that cloked infront of you it would glow

The Spy would glow, not the misc:spycon:

Just make a reskin of the gunslinger so we have a ghost minisentry :D

Why do people say that misc's can do something.. It's not in a weapon slot.. It's in a misc.. So it's there for looks, Not to make some cloaked spy glow.. Also if it were a secondary, It'd be overpowered to spies..

should kill spys even if they are cloaked or disguised but it makes you 25%weaker to everything
but it should make you 15%faster or 20%faster

IT'S A MISC. NOT A WEAPON.
MISCS DON'T HAVE STATS. If they did. They'd probably have a glow / sound

A misc that can kill Spies even if they happen to be cloaked or disguised.

There is no possible way that this misc, or ANY misc would be considered for special effects.

would need to be animated and modeled by the creator of the item to be able to work, because Valve sure as hell isn't going to.

Reason number two: It's a damn Misc item.
Say it with me now:
It's, a, damn, Misc, item.
Cosmetics are supposed to be just that: Cosmetic.
I don't know why people don't get the idea through their heads that hats and Miscs aren't meant to be used during gameplay.

I can't stress this enough. People, stop making these discussions.
