My colonists do not have the option to bring the prisoner to the prison cell after they recovered from their injuries at the hospital. Is there a way to fix this?

The colonists only have the options to remove legcuffs/handcuffs, strip them, prioritize to bring them food etc. I've also already assigned the beds in the cell to the prisoner but it still wouldnt work.
