forward smash smash combos into itself, cool character but definitely nerf that or dair

He's mostly fine and feels great from a moveset/animation standpoint. Very nice fusion of Smash + PM Sonic movesets. But he's severely lacking in kill power, down strong is super small, and down B feels really unrewarding and clunky. Great job though!

I really think he is ok, but i think that he has lack of range, specially in d-tilt, f-tilt, b-air, f-air, n-special, and d-special. I will also buff his speed, i think for being Sonic his kind of slow, and a little bit of more height on his u-special.

I found two bugs today:
1. I was in training room messing around with Spin Dash movement tech and I used and almost fully charged one next to the cpu, which hit, and then I "dash-danced" while in the Spin Dash, hitting the cpu multiple times. I somehow got stuck in the spin dash state, I was able to move left and right going full speed indefinitely (it ended when I flew off the ledge)
2. If you get hit while charging Spin Dash, the noise keeps playing until you use the move again, at which point it acts normal.

what about abyss runes? no other sonic that i know of has abyss runes so it would be cool to have abyss runes for this sonic

here are some ideas incase abyss runes for this character are added

1. Fair spike hitbox is now bigger then before allowing you to spike apounets better with fair


2. sonics speed is increased and attack speed is increased by a lot


3. smash fstrong in a nutshell.... so basicly the hitbox is so huge that it covers a intire stage and 1 shots

Honestly, I just wish there was a way to swap between the old wall-run and the new Sonic, I've been playing Rivals for ages now, and while admittedly the idea of him being nerfed isn't an issue, but I feel as if the major nerf he received all the way back then was a bit too much. I often find that he's unable to kill others until they reach percentages around 180% or so(Up-Air being an exception, but it feels like the only reliable way to do so.), which is even less general kill power than the base roster for Rivals. This version of Sonic used to really feel like a definitive and faithful version of what he'd be like in Rivals, but with how end-laggy, clunky and slow he is to play, it's hard to enjoy playing as him since you need to work so hard to make a dent or to actually kill as him. I used to love playing this particular Sonic the most out of all the rest, but it's hard to nowadays with how little reward he gets for everything he does.

I think that he needs a buff in his charged attacks (More killing potency in strong-up and a little bit more in the strong-forward), it's hard to kill other characters if they don't have a high a percentage (+135%). I think that this buff would make a balanced character because of the specials having a cooldown already or not having a nice power damage or good knockback.
