A few bugs (and weird text) found so far:

- When entering the Cleric event, three Bartender cards appeared, then vanished.
- Same effect happened again when entering a Shop.
- After that effect, opened the Shop window and found out that I couldn't remove cards there. Is this by design?
- Scowl description finishes with "...Weakness on attack.", when it should refer to the Weak debuff.
- Hook and Cross both need a final dot at the end of their descriptions.
- Bloodbath is doing the opposite of what it says: it's giving the Bleed of the targeted enemy to that same enemy, once for every other enemy in the combat.
- Bouncer has extra confusing (and misleading) text. A better description to it is "At the start of your turn, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card."
- Raptor card's tooltip has Surge starting with lower case, it shoud be upper case.
- When Bouncer's power effect triggers in the Centurion and Mystic fight, when the Mystic heals, the heal VFX can (not always) get stuck in the screen until the player's turn ends (on Fast Mode, haven't tested without it).
- Fading Blow's description has "Deals..." when it should be "Deal...".
- Golden Icon's event [Take] option shows a Drop tooltip that's not related to the event in question.

If needed, I can send you the mod list used (being a bit more specific already, most were UI mods, + Bartender and Quarter Circle Forward Punch).

Also, less of a bug and more of a UI suggestion, but Bleed could inform the damage caused through the HP bar, similar to how Poison does.
Pony Shot lacks an Unplayable keyword? Don't know if the abscence of it is to avoid it synergizing with that card which adds Unplayable cards to your hand.

Naw, the Pony Shot thing is just my bad. I'm working on a build to solve as many as the above bugs you outlined (thank for for taking the time to do that by the way) which I'll be putting out today (hopefully).
You're welcome and thank you for doing this mod, it was fun to play with it :)

+Bloodbath now applies bleed properly
+Bartender Keywords now only trigger for Bartender cards or Bartender Content.
+Fixed/Clarified descriptions for: Scowl, Hook, Cross, Bouncer, Raptor, Fading Blow, Spirits Within, Pony Shot.
+I believe I fixed the issue with Cards randomly Super Flashing when you enter a Shop or other event (if this still happens for you please let me know it is a tough one to replicate).
+Fixed Bouncer VFX bug.
More weird text:

* Somersault description has "Deal 8 bartender:damage." at start. That 'bartender:damage' should be just 'damage'?
* Bouncer's selection screen has as description text "Confirm card to Select Card(s) to Discard", should be or "Confirm card(s) to Discard" or "Select card(s) to Discard".
* Drop's tooltip text:

"Drop

Deals a some damage to all enemies. Flip: Soar." That 'a' shouldn't be there.

Thank you for catching those, I just uploaded a fix. The bartender:damage happened because I decided start using to BaseMod's class specific keywords and was playing around with them to make sure I was using them correctly and that was a test I forgot to remove.
Yeah, BaseMod class specific keywords are useful, good call there. One other thing:

If I got that right, given that the Bartender has way more deck cycling and options compared to other base game characters, you added the random removals so the player can't get way too much benefit of a planned Remove (since more cycling = getting intended cards faster), and the other random effects in the deck are part of the "go with the flow" design (similar in feeling to FF8's Zell Limit Break mechanic).

I don't have a problem with those, but maybe it would be good if those changes stay visible more than a few seconds, so the player can read and understand what happened, instead of thinking that they were a bug and only later realizing what happened.

Bugs and weird texts:

* Went to a shop having a 20-card deck, 26 gold and having used Glacier in the last room. When I entered the shop, Hailstorm appeared as if it was removed, my gold went to 0 and my deck had 20 cards yet.

Saving, returning to the main menu and continuing the room took me to the Shop room, but without any of the effects above triggering, and the Remove option available in the shop.

* Cowpoke Hat's power is named "Coeurl Form", but Coeurl Form and Cowpoke Hat's effects are very different from each other.

* Same weird effect of a card appearing, when I went to a ? Room. Thing is, the map was suddenly placed in the screen and when I checked, the event in question (Old Beggar) was still there to be done.

In other words, the weird effect of a card appearing almost made me lose an event.

And confirming, the Remove effect when entering at shops spends the player's Gold, spends the Remove option of the shop... and don't remove the card shown to the player. Don't know if intentional or not.
GuilelessMonk  [developer] 3 Nov, 2019 @ 5:11am
Ah, sorry I didn't understand that was happening for you. Not being able to use the card removal service wasn't intentional. I think I figured out what is causing it. Basically I wasn't properly clearing the card selection screen after a Dredge action occurred which caused the next card select screen generated to think that some cards had already been selected and attempt to perform that action on those cards. There are a couple different version of card select screen but the shop and dredge are the same type, so if the last instance of that select screen was a dredge and you enter a shop the shop tries to purge the dredged cards (which doesn't do anything because the versions you play with are different from the ones that are in your master deck list). All it will do is just throw up the dredged card and have them evaporate for no real reason.
I fixed this, and am going to upload a fixed version shortly.
