RRG doesn't get the option for TAA, I think they're their puppet from the start of the game

Frisco City doesn't get Enclave Colors but it does get the Enclave Puppet leader

Huh, it's not just with Enclave. Thanks, will be fixed. If it not being colored is annoying, copy in console set_cosmetic_tag FRI ENC_PUPPET

never mind the Game Crashes when i try and Puppet Frisco City as the Enclave
