a lot of the moves are very slow and do near to no damage or knockback, his recovery doesnt do him justice either

it makes sense for being a bit slow but it doesn't have anything going for it that makes up for it, maybe try fixing some of these things? some moves such as side special and other special attacks in general just feel akward and useless to use.
