All achievements
Getting the 5 achievements allows you to get the "good ending" in this map.

-UNABOMBER

Find the 3 grenades hidden in the map.

One is on the top of the Zaibatsu Hospital
One is on the top of a house where the homeless guys are
One is in the alley next the Triangle Club

-WITHDRAWAL

Kill all the drug dealers.

"Stiggy" is in the alley in Chinatown
"Han" is in apartment 22
"Danny" is in apartment 44

Go to the Triad's Hyaku Dojo's bedroom and use the tablet, or complete the Ligotti questline and use the tablet in your room to enter both apartment 22 and 44

-GENOCIDE

Before doing Genocide, make sure to complete a questline to have money to leave.
Kill all the hitmen from the three factions. Just kill one of their members on the street and wait for the others to spawn. You don't need to kill the leaders.

-COPKILLA

Kill 6 Metrocops or Soldiers

-CASUALTY

Kill 4 citizens

Haven't played this map in a while but apparently going into the Triad's Dojo's bedroom you can use their tablet, or completing the Ligotti questline and using the tablet in your room, it will let you enter both apartments.
