Yes, it requires Mount&Blade: Warband 1.174. That's the only requirement, no other versions.
Even better, you can control if and when that happens with Diplomacy. Go to your Camp menu, select Diplomacy Preferences, and there is a box you can check to Disable Companion Complaints. Instant pacification!
Some people, like me, can't stand being their personal shrink. Others like the interaction, and one of the reasons that Diplomacy 4.3 is popular, is the player, you, have the option for either one at your fingertips.
So yes, you can turn off their need for a warrior psychologist anytime you like. ^_^
This can happen for one of two reasons. Firstly, the integrity of the files needs to be checked and they will self repair. Secondly, there is a mod count limit to the list. It may not be showing up if you have a bunch of mods installed that you don't play anymore.
Verify File Integrity... go to the game Library. Right click mount and blade and choose properties. Go to the Local Files tab across the top, and in that menu, find the option to verify game files. Let that run its course.
If that fails to work, find one or two mods you don't play anymore and unsubscribe.
99.9% of the time, it's one of these two issues. That other .1% is usually an installed brand new antivirus that's too aggressive or another conflicting program, but that's rare.
Please let me know how it turns out.
Upon Edit: I do recall a few months back, somebody had the 'not showing up' issue for Vanilla Surprise and Steam had pooched the directory as his SSD was going bad. He fixed all of his issues, not just this one, by reinstalling Steam into a different Library and re-downloading Mount and Blade and all of his mods. I'm not saying this is your issue, I just failed to recall it as I was typing because I don't have enough coffee in my system.
Glad to be of help, even more happy that one of those solutions worked for you. I hope you have fun! ^_^
In addition to cool armor for girls, it improves their curves, angular faces and gives a great soundtrack.
I recognized him as a Wolfish Blizzard with witcher 3, but he doesn't recognize the rest ... Can you give me the music used that is added by the mod?
While I do not recall the vendor's name I purchased them from online, I do have a list of the sound tracks themselves. Maybe a Google search can help you find them. Maybe not. Remember, each title has a load of sound tracks under that one name. Artists are not included in any of the metadata.

I hope you find what you're looking for. From one of them, a sharp eared player recognized The Willow Maid - by Erutan. If not for that player, I would have never known.
Good luck!
