MOD CONFIGURATION
To configure the mod, open the mod's configuration file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1066780\1907210983\config\config.lua

The factors are multiplied with the vanilla cost and maintenance values.
1.0 = 100%
0.5 = 50%
2.0 = 200%
0.0 = free

For example 0.36 reduce a value to 36% of the original vale while 2.85 increase a vanilla value with 285%

After editing, save and restart your map.
