Unzip files to any folder. Then run the ServerConsole.exe. The server should open port 19019 from outside by default,
but you can specify a different argument in the arguments when you start the console
Once started, the server makes a world subfolder. There are logs and data files.
The user who first logged to the server becomes the administrator of the server and forms the parameters of the world. After word has created on the server, user will be disconnected. And then this user can connect as usual user.

Hamachi is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant, but you got to deal with turning the bugger on each time you want to do multiplayer.

Just to give you a hint, search for "Port forwarding".

Is it possible to run this on a CentOS 7 server? I have one that I don't use much and can host a few free servers.

how do I fix error message "no connection could be made because the target machine refused it" This happens when I try to register a server? I would like to make a server for my friends

Here's a tip for anyone failing to create a server: Don't. If you don't know how to set up servers, do some research or get someone knowledgeable in Computing to teach you how networking works. Port forwarding is the life and soul of game server creation and if you don't know how to do that, you're not going to get anywhere. Start there.

(If you like, shoot me a message and I can explain how your home network works and guide you through opening ports for game servers. - Someone knowledgeable in Computing)
