Admin Controls
Are there any admin controls for someone who is hosting the server of this mod?

Also how do you delete old cities? I have some friends who's settlements died the first time they played so I removed their player data but the city still exists on the world.

The first player registered on the server is the admin. He can use the developer console, even if it is disabled in the settings (after the update).
Also available to him is the command /killhimplease <player name>
And /everybodylogoff then turn off the server (after the team, wait until all players are saved)
