I have converted the ragdoll into a playermodel using Pac3

Well, i took some time to consider. Your quote being along the lines of it not being "worth it" is not necesarily a no, and besides i am perfectly willing to remove once you have your playermodel up ;) I wouldn't want to steal too much of your spotlight as it is a very good model and diserves recognition i just thought the way his poses work his Wand/microphone works i thought worked well enough to be a good temporary thing until the easier solution is released.

alex tends to be good when it comes to any finger problems on models but the alastor model just has long fingers so..that something your gonna have to manually fix

I had the issue during development, after switching to a default playermodel and restarting my computer it worked fine.
