How can I intercept the enemy's shuttle?

How to solve the enemy's jumping shuttle? I have over 130 laser point defenses, but I couldn't even take down 20 private shuttles. I used a super heavy shuttle to intercept them, but instead of intercepting those that flew halfway, I charged directly towards the enemy ship's face....
I'm tired, can someone help me?
