I'm playing on 720p because it helps make the rest of the game's UI bigger for me to see. (I also have a bit older computer, and it runs a bit slow with large hordes if I play 1080p.) The Louisville 'by neighborhood' spawn points' UIs don't work at this resolution. The preview image showing the region overflows over the bottom and right of the normal image preview, which covers up the 'next' button to start the game. The names are also all cut off by the mod UI, and further cut off by the preview image after clicking on them. For example, I can only see "Many Spawns, Louisville by Neighborhood - Old Louis" (presumably missing a "ville") before selecting the mod, and only "Many Spawns, Louisville by Neighborhood - Ol" afterwards.

Not sure what you need to do for the preview image, but the default game's spawn cities Muldraugh etc, all have preview images that work at this resolution, so it should be possible. As for the names of the spawn points, the "by neighborhood" part seems pretty redundant since it's implied by the "- Some Neighborhood Name" at the end. For example, "Many Spawns, Louisville - Old Louisville" would be sufficient and work better at the lower resolution. (The "Many Spawns" at the beginning also seems a bit redundant, but I believe that branding would differentiate your spawn points from ones from other mods.)
