Update/Changes
• 11/17/2019 - Accuracy nerf.
• 11/19/2019 - Added Uzi (totally forgot). Added in materials for weapons.Disabled Army Soldier grenade attacks (Will be re-added)
• 11/22/2019 - Spawnicon fixes
• 1/27/2020 - Minor Update
- LCPD Officer will no longer spawn with Shotguns
- SWAT will no longer spawn with Shotguns
-+ Military will no longer spawn with Glock 17 & Shotgun, but they will spawn with an extra weapon, MP5
!!The sqauds will still have their extra weapons equipped.!!
+Added new voice set for Military (GTA 3 voice)
+Different animations for Military and Cop, thanks to Sentryandreas.
+Military can now use Grenades
+Added reload sounds.
In true fashion, the shotgun will no longer be reloadable.
• 1/27/2020 - hotfix. removed a dupe voice line.
• 1/31/2020 - hotfix. Fixed melee animations for Cop (Thanks to Sentryandreas for reporting) Cleaned up a bit of code for Cop.

Adds 2 gangs from GTALCS with Friendly + Hostile, also has a "Thug" variant.
- Triads
- Leone Mafia

Thug's are basically Street soldiers, they are weaker, and might only brand a Pistol.

+New spawnicons for NPC's

Triads hates the Leone Mafia and vice versa.

-Adds the rest of the gangs.
Uptown Yardies,
Southside Hoods,
Diablos,
Forelli's,
Sindacco's,
Colombian Cartel,
Yakuza

-Added few melee weapons, Nightstick, Handaxe, Bat ( i can't think of anymore)

-Added a new cop variant, Foot Patrol, will only use Nightstick.
-Added random single spawner for Gangs and Law.

So, what now?
Since that all of the gangs are out (sort of) does this mark an end of updates for this addon?
No, I do plan on updating this, bug fixs, some minor tweaks. I'm also going to be working on a animation redesign on these NPC's.

- Redone and fixed Melee weapons (No more errors)
- Code cleanup
- Weapon reload sounds fixed
- Fixed missing sound files for SNPCs
- Reworked weapon loadouts for Gangs and Police. (They'll have equal spawned equipment depending on their class)
