I'm assuming that this is the mod causing my issue as I keep being notified that I can construct a "Road Network" but I cannot find it in the construction tab or if I try to directly construct it by interacting with the province. However, I do find "Road Network" buildings in some AI provinces.

What's up with this? You also do mention that you can build "five buildings" in the description to this mod but you only list four and there are only four available to build in-game through the build menu etc. Is this a building you forgot about when updating the mod or something perhaps?

Either way, would love some input on this.
