maybe make it so current drugs in-game can affect burnout like smokeleaf can help with burnout, and psychoids can increase the potency of the power but get burnout faster.

God-Emperor of Rimkind Scenario
Start with 1 pawn with all psychic abilities and with passions in just about all skills. May be a little OP, but I think your mod gives the best chance for anyone that always wanted to be the God Emperor of Mankind from the Warhammer 40k universe.

An ability that reduces trader prices would be interesting. It could have two different "tiers": tier one only affects trade caravans and people who the pawn is interacting with in person, while tier two grants the effect to trading ships as well, but has an increased burnout cost. Also, items that reduce consciousness should also temporarily reduce or increase burnout gains, so there's another level of strategy regarding drug use.

Would we be to get compatibility with android teirs since the serum doesn't effect those with an artificial brain.
