I’m thinking it could either freeze the opponent mid-air if hit or create a sort of bubble/stationary-projectile that would temporarily freeze the opponent in place if they touched it (similar to Ranno’s except they can’t move and it wouldn’t last as long).
That aside, one thing I think should be nerfed is her Up Strong (giant laser beam pointing upwards) . And that's only because the middle hitbox out of the 3 is slightly bigger than the rest and should be shrunk down a bit. Otherwise, everything's pretty well polished as is.
