How do you disable armor drop on death?

i wan't to disable it so when i respawn i have my armor on so i don't need to do it all over again

You can't. It is meant to be a consequence for dying.
If you are dying a lot, maybe you should learn how to fight and/or look for stronger weapons in the Gmod workshop.
