To resolve addon conflict, disable all addons except Jmod and ArcCW base (ArcCW base is needed for Jmod weapons to function), open up a map in single player and check the Jmod weapon's functionality. If they work without issues, enable one of the addons, you have, open up a console, type "reload" (without quotes) and hit enter. After the map reloads, check the funcionality of Jmod weapons again. Repeat these steps, until the Jmod weapons stop working properly. When they stop working properly, make note of an addon, you enabled as last, since that's the culprit of an addon conflict, and disable or get rid of that addon.
To reinstall Jmod/ArcCW base, just unsub from these addons, open up a console and type "menu_cleanupgmas" (without quotes), restart Gmod, resub to the Jmod/ArcCW base again and wait for Gmod to reinstall them.
Did the menu_cleanupgmas thing, didn't work. And I disabled every single addon except for JMOD & ArcCW...I still couldn't drop anything... Is it a problem with the mods themselves?? If so, is there a way to, like, reset the mods completely?

Not only you'll be able to your Jmod weapon with this one, but also any other weapons as well.
Read carefully it's instructions, give it a try, and report back results.
