how to make organics resource used corn, apple, acorn?
I thought it was made using a crafting table a few months ago. I can confirm that it doesn't work now, but has the production method changed??

That changed a while ago. Now you have to either plant a wheat, or you can salvage a character's ragdoll. For example, I have VJ Animals NPC pack, and when I slay an animal, I grab a toolbox and "salvage" the slain animal's remains.
You can technically do the same with HL2/TF2 character's ragdolls, but let's be honest. That's basically a cannibalism, so I'd think twice about "salvaging" a HL2/TF2 character's ragdoll.
