Glitch that prevents me from picking things up

I don't get any sort of strange error, but this recurring glitch just happens every now and then that only occurs when I'm using jmod explosives that prevents me from picking things up, as soon as I pick it up it's immediately dropped and I don't know what to do. it goes away every now and then but it comes back within minutes
