I know this isn't a model request but will you add facial flexes and a "openable" mouth for the Sackboy model?

I'm pretty sure the sackboy has Facial Features unless you're talking about the prop one then no.

I mean the ragdoll called "sackboy". There's two called the same thing, one with a missing textured crown, and one without the crown. There's no bone for the eyes or mouth.

Yeah, one of them is the current one. The other is the old one. I'm gonna try to fix that soon or later.

Official SFM support? It works to an "extent" when putting the files into SFM.

Vegito, I will try to do that one and help with my friend. Also just to be aware, any Sackboy model would be gone in my pack my friend Marshivolt is making a separated pack with Costumes pieces, Bodygroups, and advanced flexes recreated in-game thanks to a mod me and him Created. Also remaked Sackboy skeleton.
