* Artilleries are now unable to use smart orders. It was removed because it let the arties to fire on unspotted enemy batteries.

A the dev said in a pinned discussion, it doesn't fire on unspotted enemy artillery, instead it estimates the enemy artillery's location once they fire.

"Regarding the classic "AI artillery bombarded one of my unit it couldn't see", there are two explanations for that:
* either it had spotted them at some point, and still remembered its position at that point, before its memory being flushed.
* either, like any human player can do, it spotted the point of origin of artillery fire visually, and counter-battery it by making a blind "Fire at Position". Any player can do that too, although one's attention might be focused elsewhere at that moment, unlike an AI which can process all informations at once. To even things, we've created the Counter-Battery Smart Order which allows you to delegate CB mission to a friendly AI which will manage your artillery."
