It is possible for this item to be paintable but I have not added it due to possible team team colour problems it may cause. However, I'll let the community decide.

The paint will work by painting one of the 4 camo patterns a different colour, either the lighter patches or darker patches. The brown/red and grey/blue will be left.

I dont think it needs paint.
It looks fine as is, and i dont want to be running around seeing neon combat pants.

I love how no one answered his "question". Honestly, I'd say just leave the paintability out, as it'll mess up the color scheme on it.

Paint would break players team awareness and artstyle (imagine, soldier is RED, but pants are purple, rudiculous, game is spoiled with promo items and pony heads enough). If leave paintability, the only option available in game would be team colour paints (team spirit, waterlogged lab coat, cream spirit and etc). But full spectre would be available for SFM, I wish.

I'll leave paint out which I was leaning to more anyway but thought I may as well gauge what people would like. I appreciate the more thorough responses as to why.

Green paint would be awesome, but many paints wouldn't fit so well. I'm not entirely sure.

My opinion is to make it paintable. Evryone can choose to paint or not,it fully depends from personal tastes. I'd like to see this in black,how will it fit with Bill's hat.

If you could put up like a demo for what the 4 different style's of paint there would be, I think that would help the community make a better decision.

How can paint affect team recognition? Thosand of peaple wear painted hats and miscs whith bright colours in both teams. Also,how about neutral colours,such as white,black,grey?
