This weapon feels like a funny thing to have :D
Ok, now the stats

While weapon is active:
Wearer takes 25% less damage from all melee attacks
On Hit: Bleed for 5 seconds
-3 health per second on wearer
-20% damage penalty

i think +50% damage
-20% firing speed
when out and gets direct hit'd (not the gun)
with explosive it will break but recharge after 10 sec
