Hi, so I have a important issue.
If you place something like a school in a district it auto makes it hme district only. This is kinda inconvenient for me. Can we have a settings option to turn this off or on. Because I am scared with my big city that I will place something like a school and it will be set to home district only. And mess everything up.

2. How do taxis work now? Will they only pick up someone in the district, but they will be able to bring the person outside the district right??

3. Shelters. The vanilla game did a poor job with shelters. Offices for example will evacuate and the people will walk home!! My city is BIG, walk? Then they notice oh my house is being evacuated and they go to a shelter but not even the nearest.
So if you set a shelter to a district with offices will the people from there go to that shelter of does this only work for residental??
