I see - there's no way to control their spawn rate due rarity.
Maybe the acquisition needs to be different in some way. Can events mimic a loot table in some way?

I think these Off-hands feel slightly off:
So here are a few suggestions for alternative effects:
  • Rope - moves up to 6 tiles, to something that could be interfused. like a jump/fly - useful to pass over cliffs or enemies.
  • Laúd - change to single action once per combat
  • Strong Drink - Rename it to "Power Potion" and remove the accuracy malus.
  • Acid Pot - overlaps with warrior skills. Maybe a greek fire (create debris+fire)

Thx for the suggestions Deso, i'm very busy with other improvements fixes and mods, but i will come back to this one if i have time.
