I mean, the smaller the starting pool the bigger the challenge lol. imagine starting in wales and going all the way to anatolia somehow.
If you want more formables maybe a tatar country holding all tatar areas could form the Qipchaq Horde /Qipchaqs.
I used to play Empire: Total War and I think that game even called it that.
