With the full directory, it should look something like:

admincheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/Cidiosaurus/Dino/Cidiosaurus_BP.Cidiosaurus_BP'" 500 0 0 120

(The '120' is whatever level you want the dino to show up as)
