Hey Linus, great mod! I have a few suggestions:

1. To make the BBC universal across other nations, simply rename the policy "National Broadcaster". You can keep all the effects the same, but this will neutralise it for universal use (ie, Australia has the ABC and the US has PBS)

2. The distinction between "interest rates" and "money supply" is a misnomer. Central Banks affect the interest rate through money supply. This really should just be one policy (preferably money supply) where the money supply increase/decrease determines the effect on interest rates. If anything, interest rates should be an effect bar, not a policy bar.

3. The effect of changes to money supply/interest rates should accomodate more flow-on effects. ie:

DOMESTICALLY - ie; lowering the money supply increases interest rates. This makes middle income earners angry due to its effect on their mortgage payments. It is also arguable that capitalists dislike any currency manipulation.
INTERNATIONALLY - lowering money supply increases the strength of the currency. A high currency makes farmers angrier and lowers tourism. Any form of currency manipulation by government is seen negatively in foreign relations.

4. Some new policies need a sentence or so describing the effect it will have on particular voters, ie refugee camps: foreigners and liberals like that you accommodate those in need, but patriots dont welcome those that they perceive as "queue jumpers".
