I would suggest having the state religion policy be a manditory policy. Make it so that you have to have a stance on this issue.

Also, what is the state science institute supposed to add that isn't already in the game? There is already a science funding policy, plus some other reseach, technology and education based policies. This one seems redundant, and kinda OP.

Really happy about the income tax evasion law thing. It's exactly what this game needed.

i think state religon should be a thing you have to have a stance on

I too would like it to be a mandatory policy, but after testing I found out that if you try to load a country that you played previously with the mod but is now uninstalled it will crash the game(I will test this again on the new version). I don't like the idea of being forced to use the mod or else you can't play that save file anymore.
I could make it cost no political capital so players can implement it immediately, what do you guys think about that?

About the state sciences institute: It is intended to be really expensive and take a lot of time to have it's effects fully implemented, but in turn it is rewarding with a strong influence on the simulation.

I don't think many would be too bothered if their modded save files need the mod, as long as you can start a new game after uninsalling it.

I think that the abortion law should alter the cost of adoption incentives.
Also REDUCE IMPACT OF STRAY ANIMAL CARE ON CAPITALISITS! PLEASE!

The Abortion law should also have an income on your total population. On another note: Your religious institutions tax thingy should rather be a small flat thingy instead of a % thingy. It's more realistic in my opinion.

Green Economy Subsidies have a disturbingly high effect on innovation. Shouldn't it improve innovation as it would support people inventing and improving inventions and methods to fight pollution?
