For anyone that is experiencing the wrist UI and no handgun glitch whenever they log in to Pavlov VR, you may need to redownload the map again by unsubscribing and subscribe it again, according to Nabiil, because when players download the map for the first time when they join someone else's server with the same map (from my experience), the game assumes that the map they downloaded is the same as the latest version of the map, causing the wrist UI and the handgun to completely disappear.

Anyway, I hope this helps out anyone that is experiencing this glitch and enjoy playing Oasis.
