Think you're talking about the Admin sword. You need to have Admin permissions and you get those by donating 50 euro to Nabiil. the guy who made the maps. Its well worth it and its good to support the best map maker on here. You can also donate over time if you dont have enough to pay at one time. When it adds up to 50 you get moved to admin.

Directly on the patreon page, once you've contributed you can stop your subscription:

"You can delete your membership at any time while logged into your Patreon account. From the drop-down menu on the top right, click "Manage memberships" and you'll be taken to a page that shows all of your active memberships. Click "Edit" next to the membership you wish to delete and click the "Edit or Cancel Payment" button on the bottom right of the page. After you press "Cancel your Payment" you'll be asked to confirm."
