I think this civ is too OP, so what about giving it some disadvansages? For example decrease cities growth rate - 15% in capital and -10% in all other cities.

why growth reduction? It is kind of not really historically correct. It would be better to reduce gold income. And perfect would be reduction from international trade... and if you could make internal trade routes to "suck" resources from origin city than it would be even greater :>

If you think about giving some disadvantages, maybe you could reduce number of traderoutes? As Venice has doubled, USSR could have half of normal number;

a good disadvantage would be to reduce the movement of The Tank. Russian Tanks were very destructive to the Nazis, a penalty of less speed due to the weight of the tank was what gave the german's a fighting chance in WWII

I like this mod but the civ it self needs a nerf considering its production stays same

This is by far my favorite civ to play as in the Days of Sadat series, it shouldnt be changed at all. My only criticism is that it should have more UU's, things like the Mi8 like Egypt,the Mi24 as a replacement for the attack helo, the BM-21 instead of the roctet artillery, the Naval Spetsnaz to replace the marine, the Yak-9 or the Sturmovic as a replacement for the fighter, and maybe the TU-95 as a replacement for the bomber. just some suggestions, thanks!

@dagger1155 - Thank you, your feedback is also valid. It really depends on what units will be available to include in the mod. I will be creating the same USSR for another collection but will be led by Stalin.

need prolet build/abilit and nerf the passive
the build for prolet can be "the commisart" who will build workers 20% faster and give a "proletarian" buff if builded in commisart,its provide 50 culture for every improvment builded for him(every work build after the first commisart have dat buff)

passive need more gold than austria to anex/puppet city-states(75 gold for every citzen to build) and remove horse from passive,and golden ages make prolets build improvment faster and get culture for builded improvments if have comissart,but need 5% golden age point to reach a golden age

For soviet paratrooper i tink not,he need a remake,he will be not a paratrooper but infanaty,who not have penalty according to how much life has
