Laboratories++
4 More Upgrades that increase the maximum Staffslot size from 4 to 8. Can build multiple Laboratories.

Resistance Communications++
4 More Upgrades that increase the maximum Staffslot size from 4 to 8.
Includes an upgrade that makes you gain intel equivalent to your income every 2 months.

Power Relay++
5 More Upgrades that increase the maximum Staffslot size from 4 to 9.
An upgrade to elerium core rooms called Alloyed Elerium Core Reactors, which cost 750 supplies, 250 alien alloys, and 100 elerium crystals, and 25 intel.
- Alloyed elerium Core Reactors grant 100 energy when unstaffed.

Proving Ground++
9 More Upgrades that increase the maximum Staffslot size to 10. Can make more than one to make multiple proving ground projects.

Infirmary++
Upgrading the Infirmary adds 1 more "Remove Negative Trait" Soldier slot and 1 Staffslot.
Can be upgraded further one more time to have the infirmary have 2 "Remove Negative Trait" soldier slots, and 2 staff slots.

Psi Lab++
Upgrading the Psi Lab with a second cell now also adds 1 more Staffslot.
Upgrading the Psi Lab yet again yields a third cell which adds 2 more staff slots total.

Workshop++
Workshops now can be upgraded yet again, two times, for an total of 4 staff slots.
Can now make multiple workshops.
