I'm loving the game so far on turn 60 and everything is working great, it feels very much like DEI so much content. I am looking at the city slots now and was wondering if anyone can tell me does the AI also build in the 4 extra slots or not? I wouldn't want to become too powerful cos I can build in 10 slots while everyone else uses 6 lol

And also does anyone know where the official site or for this mod is where I can read a manual on all the mechanics in one place something like DEI has? I've been looking but didn't find much.
