I've playing as the Duchy of Brabant, and I can't upgrade the status from Duchy to Kingdom. I've noticed that once you get to turn 8, the objective of "Found a Kingdom" just dissapears, leaving only the objectives of "Found an Empire" and "Ask the Pope for money". Starting anew, I've also done a blitzkrieg the neighbouring Flanders and England, securing 4 regions, which allows you to Found a Kingdom, before turn 8, but even so, the option just dissapears. This makes me really mad, cause I now own 12 regions, almost the entirety of France and England and one region in the HRE territory, and I'm still a mere Duchy. Has someone had the same problem, or is it that just all HRE factions are broken or still doesn't work as intended?
