Historical tips
This mod is absolutely great! I'm playing with Nicea but looking forward to playing with other factions and get entangled in catholic politics! Just a very few historical suggestions and only if I may (I teach history at the university, even if contemporary and not middle age) :)

1) Please try to expand the female charachters. They cannot become agents even if there were influential nuns and spies at the time. Also, I saw that you introduced some female names as rulers, which is plausible during a regency, but a male full of armour is portayed.

2) The mongols are too weak. The kingdom of Georgia wiped them out in both my campaigns.

3) The silk road actually terminated in Antioch not near Iconium.

4) I don't know why the only edict to increase commercial gains is "settling tribes". I'm the byzantine empire, I don't need tribes to boost commerce!

5) You should give an option for dismissing male and female charachters which is being tonsured. The quicker way to force an enemy out of the scene would have been that at the time.

6) Some regions have just 500 dwellers! It's really unlikely...and Constanipole at its apex should have at least 1 milion citizens like Baghdad not 500-600k

7) Being emperor or heir should give some bonus...

Of course, the biggest problems are S&C, ships and cities. If you will ever introduce fleets and create medieval cities and castles this will be one of the best TW saga.
